What happens if you fail to deliver my fax?
Fax is a technology that works over phone lines. The reliable deliverability of faxes depends a lot on the equipment used. We at JustFax Online use a very reliable fax provider to send your faxes. However, sometimes, the receiving end might have issues such as: the fax machine is powered off; it uses outdated software or hardware; etc.

How long does it take to deliver my fax?
Most small faxes (between 1 and 3 pages) are delivered under five minutes. However, there are multiple factors that can affect the delivery time such as: number of pages, whether the recipient's fax machine is busy, etc. Expect most faxes to be delivered in up to one hour. In rare cases, it can take a bit more. You will get a confirmation email when your fax was delivered.
